Lexi Hensler is a content creator, mental health advocate, and co-founder of Hugz, a wellness brand built around weighted stuffed animals designed to ease anxiety and help people feel grounded and comforted. Hugz began with something Lexi lived through herself. After a stretch of severe panic attacks, she went looking for anything that could calm her body and quiet her mind, and found that gentle weight and the feeling of being held made a real difference. That was the start of Hugz, but from early on she knew she wanted it to outgrow her own story and reach anyone who has ever felt like they were carrying it all alone.
